Great experience with Biggie Blinds! Callen was great helping us figure out our shades and came back when what we first selected was no longer available. When the shades came, the installer was more picky than I and the shades were re-ordered. the final product is PERFECT!

Yes! With the PowerView Gen 2 or 3 Hub, PowerView Shades can be voice-controlled using Amazon Echo and Alexa products with a unique Alexa skill.
Hunter Douglas products can only be converted or resized during the first year of ownership. To convert or resize a Hunter Douglas product within the first year, please work with your original dealer to understand all your options.

Motorized components have a five-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original owner. After five years, some products and systems may have replacement limitations.

In-home services for removal and reinstallation are not covered by the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty. In-home services are available in select markets only.
